Official HTC Diamond case - what what the hell is going on?

First of all HTC backtrack as they are now too stingy to include the pouch for the diamond with the phone itself.
Then nowhere, and I mean NOWHERE has any of the damn cases in stock. I placed an order with Expansys and now it says 25 days estimated wait for delivery. No other mobile vendor has any in stock and are only taking preorders with no ETA.

Just what the hell is going on? Who is going to put a touch diamond in their pocket with no protection? Why were HTC not prepared for this?

Anyone know of any place that has one in stock? Im based in the UK. I dont want the one with a belt clip.

my diamond has no scratches and is always in my pocket.

maybe coz im careful not to put anything else in the pocket i ahve my touch diamond in

get a rubber case of ebay
i have had one on my trinity for 2 years now
the phone still looks like new

Well I rang Expansys, and just as I thought - they have over 600 backorders for this. Which leads me to ask again.. were HTC not prepared for this??!

I got the green camo one for 15 euros.

probably O2 Germany bought all of the first production. They sold much over 1000 diamonds, all WITH the HTC case.

The case is very nice and worth waiting for.

Do they have the right to delay like that?? How can I cancel my order, I can't find the option on their website?

A bit expensive, compared to the HTC case, but I'm happy with it so far. Very nice construction and materials.

now that does look nice!

got me a mail today that the pdashop.nl can deliver it to me tomorrow, so i just ordered one htc touch pouch
