If you are G4 version
you may use the G4_WMIPL.zip (136.2 KB)

unzip it and copy WMUPDAT.dip and WMIPL.dip
to the SD card
and press 6+power to flash it.
G3 only need one file(WMUPDAT.dip).

Hi. Complete noob here. I have never flashed a phone before and have a few questions. The attached .zip only contains the " WMIPL.dip " file and the rapidshare link for the G4 .rar file is not working. Do I need the other file " WMUPDAT.dip " to upgrade? Is it the same file as the G3 one? Also, has anyone tried this yet? I use my SPL as my main phone and don't want to brick it.

The zip file contains LED info from the kitchen posted above. I created the attached cab file using the zip which works on my spl. You will need to app unlock first. Test at your own risk.

Just found the reg values for WMP & IE keys. The WMP & IE keys are much more responsive using the reg fix over AE Button Plus. Worked for mine but use at your own risk.

mhan finally someone replied and gave me these nice fix...thanks mhan...

btw i still encounters some problems with alechy's rom:
1. it always hang when i access storage card thru file explorer and i only have 1gb minisd. i hope theres a fix for this.
2. typing on sms is too slow....could there be any tweak to make it faster or more responsive?


i believe the other roms are better but they are not fully in english.
