deranged Phone skin

Hi !

I was browsing thr forum last few days to look for an answer for my phone problem on the HTC Kaiser with original ROM

1.65.16.25

Since a few days, somehow (I havo no clue how), whenever I start the phone, everything works fine, but the phone skin look deranged...
Whenever in the past I pushed the caller Button the phone application popped up with the skin seen in the second picture...
now since a few days the skin of the screenshot of the 1st picture opens up...



and this is how it should look like...




what went wrong? I also tried to switch the today skins but always the same...

The first screenshot is the default Microsoft dialer. The second is the HTC "big button" dialer. If you no longer see the HTC dialer, just download the CAB file from XDA and reinstall it. Do a site-wide (not just Kaiser) search for dialers and you will probably find some that are even nicer than the HTC one.
