Email not functioning properly

Hey guys,
before I talking about the issue, let me clarify something. This is my first post, I been on this forum a long time and have a flashed a couple of kaisers with numerous cooked roms. So I am not a complete noob, but I do need your help. I did try to do a search on this issue for a while but I couldn't find anything. If I missed something, I apologize in advance for recreating a new thread. Just point me in the right direction instead of bashing me, because I know there is usualy one guy out here who is waiting for this chance.

I flashed dutty's apr.29 rom last night and the email is kind of irritating me. No matter what I put in the send/receive schedule, it usualy defaults to 1 month. Meaning I tried changing the days of email to 3 or 1, it won't matter it downloads all the emails from the past month. NOrmally I wouldn't mind this but my work email address has over 600 emails and I don't want to download all those, all I need is a week of emails. I know it worked fine in previous dutty's rom but this one is just acting weird. I doubt it's the rom because nobody else had any problems but I am not sure.

I would appreciate any comments or solutions. Sorry about the long post.

Edit: nevermind about the 1month of email, I tried a new email account and it is going back over 3 months even though I picked "todays messages". It's just crazy.
Sorry I guess this post was supposed to be under a differed thread. Maybe software issues. Sorry for that.
