Cingular 8125 Splash Screen Frozen

Out of nowhere my phone stopped working, so i turned it off and turned it back on. When i turned it back on, it just keeps freezing on the splash screen. I've dont many hard resets, i even updated it to IPL and SPL 2.25. I've tried my best, but i cant seem to make it work. Any suggestions? here's a picture on what it freezes on.

Enter BootLoader mode by reset + hold camera button then flash the last offical ROM provided by ur company HERE or u can flash the love wizard ROM HERE
