This how i bought my 8925 from black screen

This what happen i bought a new 8925 with radio 1.27.14.09

first i did Kaiser HardSPL v1 known as "SPL-1.0 OliPof" everything went well
then i wanted to do Kaiser Sim Unlocker v0.1

First i did step 1 "This will flash the special patched radio rom"
then rebooted and the screen went black then white fuzz with colours and nothing could be seen. yet i could get into the tri color by pressing camera and soft reset.

then I Power off your Kaiser and insert a 'strange' SIM

then i put in tri color by pressing camera and soft reset then went into step 2

turn on the 8925 ( still could,nt see a thing on 8926 still black) opened the 8925 keyboard by slideing it out and enter the unlock code 12345678 and press enter

Now perform a soft reset by pressing the reset button *but* at the same time keep the camera button pressed

right-click activeync icon and uncheck "Allow USB connections" from Connection Settings on the activesyc



once 8925 bootup (still in black sreen could,nt see a thing )

a box opened on the windows and it showed the unlock code (write it down on a paper


i right-click activeync icon and check "Allow USB connections" from Connection Settings

waited for the green activeync to light up

download my radio from

at this time the 8925 still in (black screen and could,nt see a thing) yet when connect to the usb the green activsyc lite up
i then flashed the radio 1.27.14.09 which i download
when finish the 8925 reboot and the i could see eveything it (no more black screen ) i got my 8925 back, once the 8925 is up and running it came up
with enter the code, i enter the code which i wrote down and it work well

the same i had to do with "Kaiser SuperCID and Security Unlocker v0.1"
once you do step 1 your in black screen with radio 1.27.14.09 for some reason.

but once step 2 ( in black screen can,t see a thing ) and step 3 is done with the Radio you downloaded, it all works well

i flashed L26_KaiserDiamond_V9 and it work like a charm

Wow,That's a lot of work.

Or you could have in the following order:

Put HardSPL 3.28 on it
flashed it with a few of the available 6.1 roms (before you loaded the radio)
used kaiser unlocker to flash the patched radio rom
run the kaiserunlocker after the reboot
reload the radio of your choice

can really put hardspl 3.28 (i dont think) like that since he never unlocked the CID? i think that's on step 3 of the kaiserunlocker and he only got to "complete" 2.. i'm in the same boat he is

yes
if you follow the instructions, you can load hardspl without cid/sim unlocking. I just did both of my phones without CID unlocking either phone.

His problem was caused by loading a patched radio with a stock/incompatible ROM. Not a good combination in my experience.

ahh i see, this is going to take longer than i thought ha

ya it was a lot of work but when you bought a new 8925 for $400 buck
and it go into black screen your whole world fall down, but what i wrote
give newbies a little life to go ahead fight to bring the 8925 back to life,
and give a basic idea what has happen the their 8925
