Hello I have a problem on my HTC Diamond touch.
I cannot use the touch screen anymore, I tried to remove battery and also to soft reset but nothing happen. The key are working but the touch screen do not recognize my touch.
Any suggestion? Please help me, I know is old phone but I need it.

I'd like to update my HTC diamond because it is now in german language. I prefer english or hungarian. Would you be please so kind , where kind I find ROM whit preferd language.

just brought my wife a htc diamond 2 but its windows. she can't get on with it so can i change it to android how would i do it i need a step by step aproach if any one could help please

You may want to look in the forum for the Diamond2. This is for the Diamond(1).
There is Android for the Diamond (1), but afaik not really for daily use.

After I boot the diamond (GSM) the phone starts behaving in an erractic manner. The task drop down list in the upper right corner keeps getting triggered automatically without any input. Any applications which I open get automatically closed after a few minutes. It appears that the close button which appears in the right hand corner is being pressed automatically.
I thought that this was something to do with the ROM so I reflashed it with a new ROM. I was on Don Salari ROM earlier and now have Gen.Y R5.5 but still the issue continues. Recently changed the battery to a high capacity compatible one, thought that it might be the issue but the behavior persists even when using the old battery. I've also recalibrated the screen but the issue persists.
I've uploaded a video of the odd behavior to youtube but can't the post the outside link the forum yet


Any suggestions on troubleshooting and resolving the issue?

Battery drain fast

Hello,
Since two weeks ago my battery start to drain fast (6 hours). Bought new battery and still de same. Reflash two different custom rom and same result. This problem occurs, too, with all off in comm manager (phone, bluetooth, wifi, beam, 3G, .... etc). Could be a hardware problem? Any help? Thanks.
