There aren’t any internet issues you must have a setting improperly configured.

What version are you running?

Default Notes & Questions

I finally got this installed. I think it should be noted somewhere that the when you use the bat file to upgrade, you should ignore some of the activesynch messages that the firmware installer gives you. For example, after the SoftSPL program ran my phone went to a gray screen. This is normal and you should just keep accepting the options in any UI until it is done. Aditionally it takes a few minutes for the phone to reinitialize after the new firmware has installed.

Now my questions - does anybody have google's java gmail application running properly? It crashes java every time I run it.

This is unrelated to the above poster's problem, but when I first installed 6.1 I had an odd problem where my shadow would keep turning it's wifi connection off after a couple of seconds. Restarts didn't fix it. When I got to work and tried it there it worked fine. Now it works at home fine as well. It's not happened since then. Really bizarre.

I figure there must be some bug in the windows mobile wifi stack that caused it.

If your talking about the standard Comm Manager I haven’t done any manual skinning myself but I would assume its possible.
If your talking about the Comm Manager on the Settings Panel I doubt that one can be skinned.
