VPA Crashed - Restoring with Multi-Port?

Ok ok - I crashed my Vodafone VPA IV.
Hard Reset doesn't work but Bootloader-Mode!
It displays

USB
v1.01

I killed ActiveSync, rebooted my PC. Than the HTC Universal was recogniced as a PocketPC [...]. After that I startet Multi-Port/USB TTY and connected successfully to \\.\WCEUSBSH001 (with the default settings).

But what do I have to do know in order to upload an image or do something else?

yeah - hard reset worked - following these steps:

Type:
set 14 0
[ENTER]
task 8
[ENTER]
(for soft-reset).

Everything back to normal I guess.
Still I have to upgrade it :)
