Default News from HTC !!

I was on an airport waiting to my flight in Munich today and saw a guy
jumping with his fingers on a HTC Shift. I took the chance and asked him how he likes it or not. He told me that he can not talk dirty because HTC is his company. I complained him about my HTC shift how bad I feel to spend so much money for so less fun.

He explained me, and that is the good news, that next week the drivers for Windows XP will come out for our shift.

And, he was wondering that the GPs is not working and he showed me his Vista Navigation. I asked him to give me the chance to loan me his Shift. Of course no way.

I know two things: XP will run with drivers and GPS is possible.

I have no more news or less, but it sounds good for me.

Unfortunately, the XP driver fiasco is total FUD. Some HTC engineer told media relations that "drivers would make it work". Since then, that's been a chant from HTC public officials.

However, there is zero evidence that XP drivers have ever been engineered. I'd chalk it up to the language barrier between HTC Taiwan and Europe/USA.
