Micro-P ROM in the Diamond

I've faced wth screen problem before and i just seen a message on the screen Please upgrade your Micro-P rom to the latest this time i had no screen lights at all because my screen connection was lose.... i place it back on position and seems anything ok . So i became interested about it What is the Micro-P rom doing in our Diamond...
In the [sys] \ OEMDrivers \ folder there is a dll called Microp.dll execute the dll is depend on 2 other dll called coredll.dll and mmmap.dll . I had a look inside the microp.dll wth hex editor and find a lot of string related the light sensor , automatic LED controlling

i think this part of the system controlling all the LEDs what the diamond got...
If uu switch to the tricolor screen there a line'll show uu the version of the MicroP rom my is 12
c'mon lets find out what is it may something we could use....

I am facing here the same problem as well. Microp ERROR

Have tried to find my version Microp, but didnt succeed, daimond is crashing.
Did you already have a solution for this problem, I am getting tired of it!

Could someone please post the right microp.dll, coreddll.dll and mmmap.dll? I think if I replace the ones in my phone with the right ones my phone might work again.

Had contact with HTC Support in Holland and next wednesday they will pick it up and repair it.

I had the same proplem. Change roms, radios.. in service they disassemle and collect it, and it work. They think it loose contact.

the screen effectively is black, but I can see homepage etc as it's in standby.

MAYBE, but it's only in my mind, we could fix the problem installing windows mobile 6.1 professional.
But the problem is: who has wm 6.1 professional?anyone can post the link for download?

I'm having the same problem with my Touch Pro. Anybody had luck fixing this?

Only fix is to send it for repair..I did it and it was "clear" warranty Got new display and the whole front panel
