Raphael ROM for ATT 3G

I a Touch Pro running on ATT US and have used in EU on 3G. I am looking at the ROMs listed for ATT:

HTC Raphael - Test - WWE - AT&T - 1.90.502.2
Radio 1.02.25.31
Build: 5.2.19965

Neither one of these will install on my device stating that there is an invalid device ID. Do either of these enable 3g US ATT and if so is there a workaround for the issue described?
