Instructions:

1. Follow the JumpSPL & HardSPL instructions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=398726

2. Get the cooked rom: http://rapidshare.com/files/13976760...n_Rom.rar.html

3. Unrar the file, connect your Pharos and execute the ROMUpdateUtility.exe under windows.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen.

5. Enjoy
