Tweaked so windows directory loads in less than 2 seconds.
Fixed xip and now have almost 29 meg ram at first boot.

Adding features from 20748 build into already stable 20721 build, IE and Flash.
Corrected USB connection issue thanks to anryl and Abusalza.
Fixing USB OBEX transfer issue due to missing IRDA modules.
Keeping 20721 because 20748 has lots of instabilities that need fixing before swichover.

After SDconfig runs and the phone resets, it hangs at the welcome screen and the OS doesn't load. I am back to PDACorner V.22 for now.
