Diamond block screen while phone call

Hi all!
You sure notice that the diamond normally lock the screen after very short time while performing phone call!

please let me know how can i dismiss or reduce that operation

I can not record phone call with the diamond becouse every time the diamond lock during phone call the voice recording application stop working and cut the call recording when the diamond lock it self!!!

there's no executable, the cab probably adjusted some registry settings.
check and see (after a soft reboot) if it works when making a call...
