Default About ruu error 244

I use diy for a long time to diy a chs rom
because i am a chinese (so please forgive me post my poor eng)

then when i flash my diy rom into pharos
RUU always tell me that "err 244 invaild model id" when reach 2%
so how can i deal with it

my pharos is customized by Chinamobile and it's called dopod p660
hardspl patched(1.11mobiz)
and i can flash tom's rom and all the roms from pdaviet
only can't flash what i made into my phone!!

anybody here can help me?
I am very tired about this err...
I wonder whether is the chs language or chinamobile lead to this

did you use the htccert tool... it might be because your rom isnt certified

have you changed the splash screen image (splash.nb)?
