I want to change the menu icons, and i want to change the today2 too with the same method, but there is a big animation work on the settings, phonebook, and home icons, to have the same horizontal carrousel effect.

How can i replace the old file because resco displays warning message "Cannot copy file 'Launcher.exe.T1.skin'. The file already exists? Is it the problem with ROM, my i900 is HI3, Please help me.

Try with TotalCmd, it should prompt a warning but you should be able to overwrite it.
