backup favourite contacts?

Is there a way that I can do this or a file I can just save and copy and paste back whenever i flash a new rom

I have had to replace mine three times...along with reassign ringtones. I will download this app and give it a try tonight.

I use PIM backup (and yes it actually keeps the assigned ringtones which is cool) but does it have a way for the favourite contacts tab to be backed up? haven't figured out a way to do that

What does (and doesn't) the Sprite backup do?
