i managed to catch what it is saying b4 bootload screen (only when SD card is in place) it says no image file was found!!! in a very fast way and go to bootloader. in case the sd is not in place nothing happens and it goes straight to the bootloader

OK, 1st thing, you have not flashed Hard SPL. You have to flash Hard SPL or you wont be able to use any other ROM except HTC factory ROM.
2nd thing, to flash Hard SPL you have to get out of bootloader. Instructions you can find on 1st page of this thread.
3rd it says no image file found, coz its looking for POLAIMG.nbh on SD card. Its a way to flash ROM from SD card. Don't pay attention to it.

i did tried to hard spl it from ur first post but this didnt work.
i cant get out from the bootloader ... it is stuck in the bootloader since the beginning and that was my main problem and still.
the spl shown in the bootloader means that i still have the original spl despite all the mess.
i donno what to do next! beleive me i tried all what is mentionned in the forum from hard spl to MTTY to .....
it seems there is something missing! if i need to unstuck it from bootloader i need the hard spl it and ur saying that to hard spl it i need to get out of the bootloader which is my main problem!!!! loool it is funny yup i know

Edit: what ur talking about in ur first post is the same happening with me with the exception that i didnt do anything to make this mess. and instead of 1.25.0000 i have 1.28.0000
nothing works ... and MTTY is not reporting an error but after the device doft reset it goes again to the bootloader .... so is there any other software like MTTY to help with the same problem?

You are doing something wrong.
What windows are you using?

im using WM 6.0 the original one which came with the device.

i took it to htc support and they said the board is fried and it will cost 350$ can this be true?????

Who knows, they can say what they want, but in my opinion if main board is dead you wont even power it up.

Keep trying. No one have here such an issue, that using MTTY you return back to bootloader.

Also you can try to get original factory ROM, put it on SD card, rename to POLAIMG.nbh and restart. It should flash back to standard ROM.

i dono, im so upset ... it wasnt the time for this to happen, just not now. anyway to add to the bad things a encrypted my SD card back then when my device was working so now i cant even open it and not even format it. i have the original rom and i insatlled regularly not using SD card and it went to 100% but went back when soft reseted to bootloader, so i think im gonna try the sd card method cz in the end when the sd card is available i can see that the devise is trying to load but says no image file was found .... crossing my fingers ... thans again for everything

just a question : if the rom is exe should i change it to POLAIMG.nbh also???

NO not the exe just the nbh file to what whitealien said otherwise you will have more problems

guyssssss: i cant beleive it, i dldd from HTC the 6.1 upgrade rom and i installed (.exe) using rom update utility and it worked and installed 100% and the device restarted and taraaaaaa i t loaded the windows 6.1 ..... but wait a second ..... im not done. it goes but slowly to the windows screen and then nothing happens i cant get to start menu and it looks wierd cz the start is in the upper middle of the screen :S ... plz tell me that my board is ok and they were wrong the fkn ass..

what to do now? should i flash my old rom and see if it will load again?

final edit: oh god i cant beleive it, my phonw is aliveeeeeeeee. everything is perfect ... wm 6.1 original rom from htc. thanx all guys )))))
