Windscreen active mount for Raphael

I'm looking for an active car mount / charger that can be mounted t the windscreen, not to dashboard. Do you know any worht recommending? Also, it would be nice if it was mounted on the "joint" type mount not this one, as it always shakes my device in my other GPS navi: Palm V -> Treo 650 > Eten M700 -> HTC Touch Pro -> HTC HD2 -> Samsung Galaxy Note
