[Rom dévelopement] Need your help for creat my own rom

Hello,

I'm new in rom developement and I need your help for creat my own custom rom.

For creat my own rom, I need to remove some programs on my HTC but I don't know how. And I don't know If I just need to remove folder or if I must do something more.

I know programs are in OEM and SYS folder but I need you for know what folder I exactly need to delete for remove the folowing things

I want to remove :

- Introduction video on the first boot
- Customer Feedback
- Windows Update
- MP3 cuter (called in french "Découpeur MP3") = MP3 Trimmer ?
- Picture and movie (images et vidéo in french)
- Media in continue (media en continu in french)
- Windows live (messenger and every thing who have a link whith windows live)
- Windows media player
- Internet Share (partage internet in french)
- task (not task manager but the icon is a **** of paper with a tick on it, "taches" in french)
- Internet explorer

If you can help me for just one program it will be good, I think if 2 or more people help me I will be able to delete every thing

I hope my english is understandable. If you don't understand something or don't understand a program name, I will try a better translation.

Je débute dans la construction de rom et je souhaiterai me faire ma propre rom. Pour cela j'ai besoin de suprimer certaines aplication qui sont inutile ou qui ne me servent pas.

Le probleme est que je ne sait absolument pas quel répertoire suprimer pour que cela marche, ni si je dois faire quelque chose de plus.

La liste des programmes que je veux suprimer pour le moment est au dessu.

del autoupdate & autoupdate_lang_0409 from your SYS folder

del PACKAGE_Raphael_MP3Trimmer_HTC_WWE and PACKAGE_Raphael_MP3Trimmer_HTC_WWE_0409 from OEM folder

- Picture and movie (images et vidéo in french)

del the sample pictures from PACKAGE_Raphael_Album and movie from this folder. the rest of the photos, images and movie, u can do a search on the dump folder and delete them off.

- Media in continue (media en continu in french)

I presume u are talking about sample music. they can be found in oemdriver which is under the OEM folder and also can be found in Samplemusic under the SYS folder

- Windows live (messenger and every thing who have a link whith windows live)

u can remove the windows live folders from the SYS folder. as for the links, u may have to check the .rgu files and see if they exist.

(i) All folders have MediaOS* in SYS
(ii) INTERNETSHARING in SYS
(iii) Tasks is a part of M$ Pocket Outlook so just remove tasks.lnk & tasks.exe (SYS\BaseApps) & all tasks*.* files if u dont use it.
(iv) All folders have BROWSING* in SYS (except webview.dll).

All folder name are refering to WWE ROM which may vary with other language ROM.

u r welcome but one more thing i forgot. in mxip_notify.vol, there is notification queue for ceipui.exe. use hex editor to remove that entries or u can dump my rom to get it

what tools do u use to hex edit that entry?
i am using ultraedit but couldn't seem to find that entry or rather i am not proficient in ultraedit

could u upload the file?

i'm using WinHEX but now @ office. My kitchen left at home
and the file cant copy from device. but u will find it floating around this forum.

I removed all files and flash the rom everything was corect but the mobile stay stuck on the first install of touch pro interface (touchflo 3D) because it can't instal/load/? HTC Black.tsk (no error message)

Did I miss something ?
