Got me (o2) XDA today ..

.. but I really dislike the o2 Rom.

I must admit, I'm only informed of how-to flash the device (with HardSPL and such stuff) but I have absolute no idea of which Rom I should take to get as near as possible to the original HTC Rom.

I would also accept cooked? (I guess, that's the terminus for it) Roms, but only if there aren't modified heavy in terms of programs and such stuff.

Oh ... and it should be avaible in German (if possible).

I'm thankful for every hint and tip I recieve.

Still, any suggestion - if the BETA doesn't work well - for a "original" or "as close to" HTC Rom?

Only use that ROM if you are German! There are a number of ROMs (including the stock HTC ROMs).

Have a look in the wiki - there are links to all the ROMs and each is discussed at great length in its own thread. If you are going to HardSPL you device (and thus probably invalidate the warranty anyway), I can't see why you would want to go for a stock ROM!!

Damn. Is there at least any method to get the original TouchFlo "Skin" rather then the o2 one? Actually that's the only thing really bugging me

Just have a look at the TF3d Themes thread either in the Raph forum or in the Diamond forum. You will need to install Diamond TF3d Config (do a search on the forums) to change the theme. You don't need to install HardSPL for that.

Hm? I don't get that. Isn't the Diamond not a totally different thing?
Or can I use Diamond Stuff for Pro?

you can use software or themes. NOT as far as i know radios or roms
