But compared to the now official leaked rom, it looks like the Opal Rom UDK had was an Early Rom from a Test Device.

RUU_Polaris_HTC_WWE_3.13.405.0
russia is newer

Don't be scared! They are all official links. I only tried to fill this address in with other letters - and everything was OK. You can try this trick here and on another pages of htc.com :
