I do have no tone on my Kaiser

I flashed the following ROM: KaiserHTC_GER_1.56.407.3

I searched and found no solution .....

What radio are you running? Try flashing a new radio.

I flashed too Alex.v5.WM61.HTC.302.UltraClean.ROM.beta2 and now it works !

BUT

the ä ö and ü doesn`t work - any idea ?

Nothing comes up at all wen pressed or just incorrect?

mskip - when I type fn + space I get a little dot over the a or o but not this double dot (ä,ö)

have you tried the keyboard fix? install and soft reset and try again:

I tried the keyboard fix? but it does not work and then I tried the XDA_JCEspi2005_German_Input_Kaiser and: success !!!

Now all is working but the Y is a Z and vice versa the Z = Y

Any idea ?

Did you uninstall the tilt keyboard fix?
