help me!dopod 818p not work and cannot flash rom

help me please!
I cannot flash official rom. I ask services center.He said if flash rom wrong.will change mainboard only.Price mainboard+services. it very expensive price.Buy new dopod price inexpensive.Now dopod have problem follow to file attach.
