Default ActiveSync Problem

Hey guys, I've recently had the issue of not being able to connect to my computer via bluetooth for syncing purposes. If I hook the phone up via usb, everything works fine. Also, my Windows SideShow connects with no problems whatsoever.

I'm pretty sure that I have everything set up correctly because it's worked previously. I have 'ActiveSync' checked under Services for both the pc and phone. And under WMDC settings, 'Bluetooth' is selected under the 'Allow the following connection' which is also checked.

When I select Connect via Bluetooth in ActiveSync on the phone, it acts as if I do not have a partnership set up, which I indeed do, and asks if I'd like to set up one. If I select 'yes', I already see my pc listed under the devices and 'ActiveSync' checked under Services.

If I add an incoming COM port to my computer and select that under the Allowed connection, the syncing works until my phone or pc is restarted; then the option 'Serial Port' is listed under Services on the phone.

I've tried ending the partnership and setting it up again to no avail.

This is all a mystery to me because as I said, SideShow connects via bluetooth flawlessly. File transfers, as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
