Anyone figured out how to edit bookmarks? I've tried everything so far with no luck!

Press menu and then select bookmarks. Press the bookmark and hold for a menu to appear. The option to edit the bookmark will become available.
Using that same method you can do similar things to lots of selections. Test it out and remember press and hold on a selection to get a menu of extra options.

any way to re-organize them? At least alphabetical would be better than most recent
