Subtitle plugin

I don't know who is the creator, I found it as is and made a CAB.
This plugin allows to watch movies with subtitles



Default installation directory is set the same as default TCPMP's install directory, so if you have your TCPMP installed somewhere else than Main Storage\Program Files\TCPMP you need to extract .plg file and copy it there manually.
