It keeps connecting to internet...H E L P !!!!

Hello everybody,
I have two pocket pc, an HP 614C and a Samsung i780. Both of them are connecting to internet whenever they want....!!!! I am desperate....please help.....cos of my job I have to travel a lot and connecting to internet via roaming for hours is too much costly....Thank you in advance.
