it's actually very simple

I will work on it as soon as I get my computer back (should be sometime today or tomorrow) along with the Greek ROM that someone else requested.

unless he has a prerelease security unlocked device.... otherwise, not radio is not unlocked yet (no method for that yet, as HTC strengthened the security of radio flashing by a lot).

but many people here just mean dump it from shipped NBH.
