Official WM6.1 & touchflo upgrade for Elfin released on HTC website on 10/11/08 HERE.

It has got WM 6.1 & touchflo 2D.
Flash the Hard SPL by cmonex before flashing this rom.

It's just the OS so you won't mess up your device if you have the USPL already:

Just drop it into a RUU folder and remove any other NBH files in that folder. Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe and pray.

Bumping this post .... The version shown above will prevent bricks even if you screw up.

For all you clowns who refused to read the RED BOLD lettering on the first post, use the GOLD CARD Unbricker (READ THE STICKIES) to unbrick your Elf, and then flash this one by itself after you have the Hard SPL / USPL

Ya, I'm trying not to get too excited. It's downloading now, but going very slowly. Still have 40+ min left before it will finish downloading.
