help! i updated to rc30 accidentally.

i was ignoring it for a day or so...and went to tap a text message and the box popped up and i hit the install now button.

is there any way i can get root now?

Ouch, that sucks. I know first-hand :\. Unfortunately you're stuck, until/unless another root exploit is found.

Or you can do what I did and go buy a new phone that hasn't been updated to RC30 yet, and sell your old phone.

Speaking of which, I have an extra brand-new RC28 phone, if anyone wants to buy it "at cost". I had bought an extra, and I'll probably just end up returning it back to the store I bought it from, unless someone wants to buy it off me. You can have it for the same price I paid for it - I'm not looking to make a profit, I would just rather a "precious" non-RC30 phone go to someone who wants a root-enabled phone

i drove t philly to get the phone..and thats about a 1hr45min drive...so its not too convenient to buy another one....

guess ill just have to wait this out.
