Default a good Comm manager app
Looking something that is nice looking and easy to turn on and off bluetooth, wifi, and other features

it is but i tried installing a skin from a cab for it now its all messed up and dont know how to fix it

Uninstall the cab? Start>Settings>System>Remove Programs

Phone: Galaxy Note
ROM: Paranoid Android

Try SPB phone suite, has easy to turn on wifi and bluetooth plus profiles and message indicators.

Tried that said it could not uninstall all the way
