Default [21.11] M2D and UltimateBlack Skins for iDialer v0.x [minor fixes and working cabs]
These are 2 skins fitting my iContact M2D and UltimateBlack skins for Burt's Edition. (thanks again Lycox)

apparently "acousticnorbert" created the M2D skin based on mine without noticing i made a blue one as well. so cheers to him as well.

unfortunatly, supbro hadn't moved the colors of the dialer itself to an XML/ini file yet (something that's bound to happen in a following version), so it's only for the bottom bar. but at least we have that

if anyone had a problem instaling the M2D skin... it works now. enjoy.

I downloaded this version but it doesn't work with iDialer 0.42 so i've made a little fix for it.
