iv done everything uv sayed .
and i did a soft restart after that .

but nothing changed

my XPERIA X1 was french after flashing the ROM and change it to English ,

my keypad still like the

cuz everytime i change the number to 409HEX , it goz back to default number .

you can't change winmo lang except through flashing, so if you want it in Swedish you have to flash an appropriate rom (SWE)
some chefs offer lang cabs to change lang of sense ui, but that's it as far as I know

hey, check the data type of that key on your device, it's probably not hex but decimal, then you have to set to 1031 for English layout
