Managed Programs WM6.1

Does anyone know what the "Managed Programs" is used for in WM6.1. When I open it all it says is "No Managed Programs have been installed".

How do I use this program since the "Details" button is Grayed out and all I can do is click on DONE.

From what I remember, one of the upgrades of WM6.1 over WM6.0 is that the OS can be managed via Group Policy using Windows Server 2007 - the managed programs section is for programs that are installed via Group Policy.
