3in1 Adapter - No Speaker

Hello Guys,

Last week I bought the 3in1 Adapter with the Brodit ProClip so I can use my VPA compact V (HTC Kaiser) as my new Navigator.
The installation was as simple as expected but if I connect my mobile with that car-kit there is no Sound on the speaker of my phone.

Is there any possibility to keep the phone speakers loud? Also the mic seems not to be activated. Could that be changed by some registry edits?

I've searched already for that Problem but there not seems to be an answer.

Perhaps I'm the only one who got this problem (although I read sth. diffenrent) but I solved my problem via Phonealarm.
