"Test Only NOT FOR SALE" note after flashing

Hello, All!

After the flashing of Hard-SPL (3.65) and Russian ROM ( http://rapidshare.com/files/16861847...8_RUS.rar.html ) on my X7510, device is beginning to display in starting up (splash screen?) this notification: "Test Only NOT FOR SALE". Did anybody seen this problem? Are there ways to fix it? Please, help!

It's first test ROM (RUS) for ATHE400,for the service centers only.

can you upload this rom elsewhere? rapidshare deleted it (too many downloads)
