Ipaq 1940 / 1945

I'm sorry if i'm out of general threads and for my english...
i have an old ipaq 1945 and i have read that there is a rom in italian for 1940 that i would put on this ppc but i don't find it. Where can i find!?
If it's not possible there is a rom that i can install on it!? Also of other ppc?
How can i install office in italian on this ppc? When i try to do it a message says that it's not possible because of different language...it's possible overcome this!?

yes but there is no rom that can i put on it!? Also of other Ppc!!?? I need so much an italian rom or how can i install office in italian...when i try it says that it's impossible because of different language!
