Default Owner Info Screen with Clock/Date/Battery

Is there a program that can edit the Owner Info screen? I know I can have that screen turned off, but if I lose my phone I want someone to at least know who it belongs to. It would be great if I could display a clock, the date, & detailed battery status without me having to enter my unlock code.

I don't know of any applications that can do that for you off the top of my head. I do however have a workaround to get you the same result....but it may prove to be a bit of an over kill. Anywho...here goes:

1. Install s2u2 from here

2. You can set your wallpaper on the s2u2 screen to display your owner info. That screen by default shows you the date, time and a battery icon.

3. To create a custom wallpaper, you can first enter all your info onto a word processing document-->format it to look nice-->take a screen shot-->paste it in paint or some likewise application--> save the image as wallpaper.jpg-->then copy paste this jpg file to the location: Program Files/s2u2/gfx/-->say yes to any overwite requests.

You can also refer to the following thread by A_C, the creator of the application: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=412418

Like I said.....long method...but hey...it works.

Thanks for the reply! It seems that there is no unlock code when using s2u2. I need to keep my device locked with a code.

Well yeah....s2u2 basically uses the sliding feature to unlock the phone aka the iphone. So if I understand correctly....you'd like for your phone to display the owner info and all before the unlock screen right? If that's the case....you can use the default lock application under start-->settings-->personal. This unlock screen will come up after you slide and unlock the s2u2 screen displaying the owner info. But yeah...on the downside.....that's like a lot of work to simply unlock your phone

I'm hoping that works for you.
