i cant either - i think your phone needs to be purchased directly from htc or you bought offline, if you bought fomr orange or vodafone etc then they are who you must get your upgrades from - sucks ;(

can anyone help?

looks like a minor update..not worth the headache of re-installing everything again.

I'll wait until we get hardspl and some custom roms with improved performance before I change my rom.

I got the same error message too. I bought mine from Clove

Mine's HTC branded. :S So that should work, right?

Same here and bought from Clove. I submitted a service request to HTC asking how I can get the upgrade. WIll report back if I get an answer

However this rom is WWE but there is nothing to do with that rom, unless you bought your device in Hong Kong.
