Default Screen Rotation

hey guys, i'm most likely going to be getting a tilt in the next few days. i just have one question that may change my opinion a little.

with the classaction d3d drivers, or whatever 3d drivers work best, does the tilt's screen rotate any faster when you slide the keyboard out?

with an unmodded tilt it takes about 3 seconds. i'm just curious if i can get it any faster, if not near instant.

thanks everyone!

That realy depends on the ROM you are using! The only way to realy know is to try them out! Besides ROM flashing is fun, addictive realy!

I have HTC WM6.1 stock ROM, with some optimisations (KaiserTweak/AdvancedConfiguration and SKTools), without any additional d3d drivers and the rotation is instantaneous.

Are you really not going to buy a Tilt because it takes an extra second to rotate into landscape mode ? ........................................ 1 ....................................... oh crap ! That was a wasted second I will never get back.

did i say i wasn't going to buy a tilt because of the rotation? no silly

it is just one of my concerns, i research a phone down to the last feature before i buy it.

also, i'm quite experienced with rom flashing and cooking. i intend to make some roms for these forums when i buy my tilt. it was just a quick question i couldnt seem to find the answer to on youtube.

thank you all

Download the cab file below. You can use for 3 tweaks, after that it cost you.
Tap TWEAKS>SYSTEM TWEAKS, tap Rotate 180 degrees,/home/exit...
