TF3D issue with app section adding new plus icons that don't work

I've added my apps to the list in tf3d and now it has given me more "plus boxes". When i try using them by assigning another app, it doesn't work and adds another "plus box", which I can't use either. Anyone else experience this? Any help or suggestions?

what file did you use to get more app boxes?

Actually, once I used all the app boxes, it just automatically gave me another one. When I tried to assign the new box to an app it went back to the list of apps and didn't assign the app to the box. Not only did it not assign my app to the box, it added another app box that cannot be assigned either. Every time I try and assign a new box it gives me another useless unusable app box.
