I got X1 from Germany with generic de rom I want to try first if it's possible using kovski ruu directly flash de same genereic de I had and not it's stucked in 10% then 262 error after this I tried hardspl which is showins 0% in progress and not running..I use microsd flashing method and getting no image found on screen tricolor screen please advice what should I do...

Pleasee any help how to do hardspl from trucolor stuck screen...

I used MTTY and get back my phone from tricolor screen now should I start from the Hardspl frist ?

itmaster, first,do you have hard spl on it? if not,load it first!if you can't connect your x1 to computer,take battery out,take i back in,and press VOLUME DOWN + ON/OFF BUTTON. you should now be in tricolor screen.connect x1 with computer,run hardspl from computer,install,then turn off x1,put sd card out,turn x1 on with upper method for tricolor screen. now you should install new rom without any problem.if you will have any problems,please mail me.i had the same problem 2days ago,and i fixed it.

Thanks for all helping posts I managed to fix it now I run Generic Uk I love this device really good before I thought to buy HTC Touch Pro but now I know that make good choice
