What is the best resolution for favourite contacts?

Can anyone pls tell me what the best resolution for adding picture to the favourite list (TF3D)? All my picture turns out quite blur.

save the contact pictures on you phone then edit each contacts and change the picture to wherwe you save the new pictures on your phone . and it will be ok.

outlook makes the pictures look low res, & when you reconnect phone to pc it will not get rid of the new pictures.

but the correct res is 256x256 @ 72 DPI
