IGO 8 Skins problem

I have IGO 8 instaled and running great on my HD.
My problem is that I want to try some diferent skins. So I donloaded a new Skin in a zip file and created a folder named Skin inside the content, and put the zip file inside.
But now the option to change skins in IGO is grey and I can't change.
Anyone know why this happens?

Since nobody seems to know how to help me, I post the soluction.
The skin button only works if the skin inside the folger is the same resoluction has the sys.txt file.

i want to ask you how did you install igo 8. my program installs, asks me about 2 dll that are on the device and after finishes the instalation nothing happens.
don't ask me what version of igo 8 i have because it just "igo 8 final crack"

can someone post some skins thatr work on the HD, and instructions for installong

I had the same problem but wasn't a problem. If you put in the skin folders a really skin 800x480 you will be able to set you new skin. If the skin isn't 800x480 the skin button remain gray. You can use for example a skin 400x240 but you have to set this istructions in the sys.txt file. For example If I use dimka skin 400x240 landscape I put the following instruction in sys.txt

skin="ui_igo8"
resolution_dir="400_240"
maxzoom2d=6000000
screen_x=800
screen_y=480
show_exit=1
vga=1

[rawdisplay]
highres=1
screen_x=800
screen_y=480
class="landscape"
driver="GDI"
