Repair a small scratch on the display

I accidentally got a really small scratch on the display. Is it someway to fix this?

In the future I will buy a screen protector.. Which one is the best? And which one shows least?

I have used the display polish called Displex (http://www.displex.com/) and found it very good - but have never used it on a touch screen sop not sure whther that will present issues.

Got my screen protectots throutgh Clove Technology. Branded as original HTC products and no reason to doubt that. Fit very good but have to be very careful getting it on.

Why? Have it fully covered by invisible shield.
