Cannot flash anything

Hi,

I want to flash a new rom to my HTC TOUCH DUAL.
if i boot in three color modus it says

NIKI200
SPL-1.22.0000
CPLD-4

But if i want to flash anything, after a while i get "Connection error".
How do i flash it ?

Try to flash HardSPL/USPL to your device first...

It's about all SPL's (SSPL,USPL,HardSPL) just start reading there

So i try to flash the USPL, it hangs on 0%, and 2 minutes later i get "Connection error".

What am i doing wrong?

I had exactly the same problem (also my phone was sim unlocked).

Try to use Niki SuperCID

i used that, now i can flash any rom i want.

Not working too

I think the problem is in your pc
