No sound when I call someone or someone call me please help !!!!

Hello everyone,

I have a HTC 3G JADE has a problem. I don 't hear anything when I phone someone or when someone phone me.
As against the speaker behind works well because I hear the bell and the player MP3. but impossible to hear anything during a conversation (unless I put in hands-free).

Please help me.

Plug in the handsfree again and that plug out.Test it.

I do it but the same issue ... I apply to a hard reset and the same too.

I think it's quite a serious problem and you may need to send the set to HTC for diagnosis (or replacement if it's still under warranty)

It's obvious that your speaker on the front is broken or has lost contact.
Another possibility is that the headphonesocket ont he bottom is broken.
The only solution after al you have tested is send it for repair.

Hope for you it's still under warranty.
