Corrected the original version of the skin (small graphic matters).
Added qvga (hope resizing didn't mess up resolution).
May make a landscape version in the future....

It's VGA . Sorry, I did it for my phone and I thought I would share the wealth; I'm to lazy to make one for a wvga >_>...But I might if there is enough demand.
